Shipping policy

We have a contract with The Courier Guy for our courier / delivery services.

The charge for this is a flat rate of R85, for up to 5kg delivered to your door across South Africa.  Larger orders (Over 5kgs) might carry a surcharge. 

Once your order is packed & ready for collection, our system will send you and email and/or sms advising you that your order is ready for shipment, and include the waybill (tracking details)

Estimated time to shipping is usually 3-5 working days (excludes weekends & public holidays) & estimated time of arrival is between 8am and 5pm working days. Please ensure that someone is at the address provided to sign for your order and take collection from the courier driver, should no one be available to accept the order, the courier will return your order to their depot, and place it on the next delivery schedule to your order (Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays when delivery cannot take place in this instance)

Our Courier option is a door to door service. 

You can track your parcel at https://portal.thecourierguy.co.za/track, by simply inserting your waybill number.

Please allow for up to 24 hours for tracking details to update. If our courier does not cover your address, we will offer you a chance to choose between an alternative shipping option or a refund.
